This year we have been awared the grade of 6 for Quality of Care and support and a grade of 6 for Quality of management and leadership. Both grades are the highest achievable for care at home services and as such we are delighted for all our staff's hard work and also for all the kinds words from our service users who took time to complete the care inspection questionnaires. Many of the comments have been included in the report.
Due to our lnadlord starting essential repairs within our office, there will be limited access to the office from Monday 26th of August for 2-4 weeks.
